Vail Peak Realty - Renter Concierge
Free, Local Help Finding Your Next Denver Apartment
Moving across town or to Denver for the first time? We help renters cut through the noise.
We’re Vail Peak Realty — Denver and mountain agents, dog parents, and neighborhood nerds. Our Denver Renter Concierge service is free: you tell you your budget, timing, and must-haves, and we’ll curate real, available apartments that actually fit your life.
You don’t pay us. The building does.
How It Works
Plain English - How we support Denver renters
Step 1 – Quick 5-Minute Intake
Fill out a short form with your budget, move-in date, preferred neighborhoods, pets, and non-negotiables. This helps us skip the junk and focus on what actually works for you.
Step 2 – Curated Apartment List
Within a couple of days, we send you 5–10 hand-picked options that match your criteria — real availability, current pricing, and notes on neighborhood vibe, parking, and pet rules.
Step 3 – Tours + Lease Support
We help you set up tours, get answers from leasing offices, and spot red flags before you apply. When you sign a lease and list us as your agent, the building pays our fee.
“Who It’s For” + Quick Benefits
This service is built for renters who:
Are moving to Denver and don’t know where to start
Already live here but want to change neighborhoods or upgrade
Work long or irregular hours (nurses, service pros, etc.)
Have a dog or cat and keep running into pet restrictions
Need to move in the next 30–60 days and feel overwhelmed
Why renters love it:
You get a curated list instead of 50 tabs open
We help you avoid junk fees and bad buildings
You get local, honest advice about neighborhoods
You don’t pay us — the building does
How you get paid (Transparency = Trust)
How we get paid and how it’s free for you!
Most Denver apartment buildings and management companies have a marketing budget set aside to pay agents when someone signs a lease.
When I help you find a place and you list us as your agent on the application, the building pays my fee after you move in.
That means:
You never pay us a commission
There’s no extra charge on your rent
We can focus on matching you with the right place, not selling a specific building
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do I pay you anything?
A: No. Our service is free for renters. The building or management company pays me when you sign a lease and list us as your agent.
Q: Do you work with all apartments?
A: We work with a large number of Denver apartments and management companies that pay brokers. If something you love doesn’t, we’ll be upfront about that and still help you think through the pros and cons.
Q: How far in advance should I reach out?
A: Ideally 30–60 days before your move-in date. That’s the sweet spot where availability and pricing are most accurate.
Q: Can you help outside Denver?
A: Of course we can! We mainly focus on Denver and nearby areas. If you’re not sure whether your area fits that, just ask and I’ll let you know.
